PSLE English Is Today: Three Reminders and Nothing Else
Read this once at breakfast. Then put the phone away.
1. Read the whole question first
Before you write a word. Number the parts. If there are two things asked, there are two things to write about — and both get proper space.
2. Use what you are given
In Situational Writing, every detail in the question is there to be used. In composition, the theme is the boss — the picture is only a starting point.
3. Four minutes at the end
Tense. Subject and verb. The joins between paragraphs. Every part answered. One check at a time, not a reread.
You have done the work. Go and show it.
