Mentora Edun (“Mentora”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through mentoraedun.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be consistent with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the “PDPA”).

1. What we collect

When you fill in a form on our site (for example, to request our free PSLE English Starter Kit or to join a Notify Me list), we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The optional level of your child (e.g. Primary 5, Secondary 2)
• Any other information you choose to give us in a message

Like most websites, we may also collect limited technical information automatically — for example your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and time of visit — through standard server logs and any analytics tools we use.

2. Why we collect it

We use your information only to:

• Send you the free resources you have requested
• Notify you when new Mentora resources or paid collections are released
• Respond to enquiries you send us
• Improve our website and resources

We will not use your information for any purpose unrelated to Mentora without your consent.

3. How we store it

Form submissions are sent to our private email inbox at mentoraedun@gmail.com. Our website is hosted on WordPress.com (operated by Automattic Inc.), which provides the infrastructure used to deliver this site and process its forms. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, but no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (for example, our website host or any email service we use to send our newsletter) strictly to operate Mentora. We may also disclose information if required to do so by Singapore law.

5. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Withdraw your consent for us to keep using it
• Ask us to delete it (subject to any legal record-keeping we must observe)

6. Children

Mentora resources are intended for use by parents and educators on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the “Last updated” date at the top.
